AMX 1968, A Record Setter Lee Breedlove

Riverside County Victims Rights Denied, Superior Court

udge Fields- Elder Homicide Victims Family notified Judge Fields that Ty Reddish 27 years old who was on summary probation under his supervision had killed my 68 year old father while on summary probation. Let him know and sent copies of print out of the court records in Riverside County Superior Main Court house did not match the Banning Superior Court Public Records. I had requested for the District Attorney Office to notify him. In fact had gone to DA Rod Pacheco office and the Victim Advocate and pointed out the court records and made request to go to the probation hearing. I sent also the CHP records showing that Ty Reddish directly violated his probation by driving without a license and had crashed. The CHP and Sheriff refused to come out for over two hours while Ty Reddish had very combative behavior and the owner of the property kept calling 911. His father was notified and allowed to come get him instead of the authorities showing up, and they refused to file the records. They did finally give the recorded calls to 911 as only evidence of incident. Judge Fields waited months till after the probation expiration and then wrote this letter. Part of our complaint was that the DA Rod Pacheco and the Chief DA administrator had not reported this incident to him.
